AI Case Prediction

Artificial intelligence is searching for a correlation between different indicators. For example, if IND1 and IND2 appear together on many confirmed cases, they are correlated. Based on the history of triggered cases, specially designed AI algorithms then add weight (adjust scores) to new cases, on top of the scores of the classic indicators, based on the calculated probability rate. In this way, investigators will be able to filter out cases for which fraud suspicion is highest, and therefore perform the triage and investigation for most relevant cases as their priority.

On the other hand, AI KFI functionality enables that specific score is suggested to be added to each indicator based on the history of confirmed/not confirmed cases. Then, the investigator has an option to go to Administration and change the scoring as per suggestion.
