The process of Conceptual search allows users to investigate the vast amounts of customer due diligence data using keywords (known principle of general search engines) or using conceptual search in the area of interest. The search option also enables the users to explore the external data sources in different languages for specific data such as distinct legislations in different countries etc.  

Advanced search is more detailed than basic search, but also more powerful. If the basic search criteria are returning too many results, the user can use advanced search to narrow down the search criteria. This option allows the client to search by specific attributes on a specific entity. For example, selecting entity Agent and selecting attribute Name, whatever client input in the search field, it will only look for it in attribute Name on Agent entity.
